Please see the following message in regards to the main water break in Marietta. This is the most current information the Sheriff’s Office has.

In order to isolate the water main break, crews now have no choice but to isolate the tanks feeding the break. This becomes an emergency scenario and will interrupt water service to most of Marietta, including downtown and Pike Street businesses. The North Hills area happens to be on a different system and will not be affected. Crews will be working through the night and will have service restored as soon as possible.
