On 27 Mar 19 Deputy Brown issued a citation for driving with a suspended driver’s license to Mark A. Lowers, 3761 Bell Road, Vincent, OH.
On 27 Mar 19 Deputy Brown and Deputy Zide were dispatched the area of Baker Road, Belpre Township, where a vehicle was in the yard, tearing up the yard with the vehicle, and then driving off. Deputies located the vehicle and a traffic stop was conducted. The driver, Karen P. Brunner, was found to have a suspended license. Brunner had slurred speech, an odor of an alcoholic beverage about her person, and was very incoherent with her statements. At one point Brunner advised Deputies that she had consumed multiple alcoholic beverages. Brunner was unable to walk under her own power, and could not follow simple instructions, or complete standard field sobriety tests. Karen Paulette Brunner, age 55, 533 Helen Street, Columbus, OH, was placed under arrest for driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving under suspension. Brunner was transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.
