On 27 Feb 19, we reported that Rodger Clutter, 137 Brant Drive, Marietta, OH, reported to Deputy McKee the theft of his utility trailer.  The trailer is described as a 2003 Carry-On Utility Trailer, bearing Ohio registration, four (4) foot by six (6) foot with a wire bed and a hinged ramp. The trailer had a standard, two (2) inch coupler, black square tubing frame and standard lighting, such as brake lights. The trailer has plywood attached to three (3) of the four (4) side rails (all sides, except ramp side). This plywood extends one (1) foot above the rails.

Clutter advised he had the trailer stored at the edge of his property line, behind his residence.
