Athens County in southeastern Ohio... Vinton County in southeastern Ohio... Pleasants County in northwestern West Virginia... Northwestern Ritchie County in northwestern West Virginia... Western Tyler County in northern West Virginia... Central Wood County in northwestern West Virginia... * Until 415 PM EST. * At 1016 AM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated that heavy rain was falling over the area. The heavy rain will cause flooding. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Parkersburg, Athens, Marietta, Belpre, Jackson, Wellston, Nelsonville, St. Marys, Glouster, McConnelsville, Mcarthur, Beverly, Albany, Coolville, Rutland, Chesterhill, Lake Hope State Park, Vienna, Williamstown and Sistersville.
