On 24 Jan 19 Deputies began an investigation into counterfeit currency being passed at businesses around the county.  These cases remain under investigation.  (910, 1003)

On 25 Jan 19 Deputy Carr met with representatives with SMCI, North Royalton, OH, in reference the theft of an industrial oxygen tank and propane tank from a construction site on State Route 26.  This case remains under investigation.

On 25 Jan 19 Lt. Gherke completed a private property crash report at Par Mar 14, Little Hocking, where a pillar attached to the building was struck by a customer.

On 26 Jan 19 Lt. Hunter met with John Nichols, State Route 550, Vincent, regarding the theft of a 400 4×4 ATV that occurred in Waterford Township.  This case remains under investigation.

On 26 Jan 19 Deputy Brown was patrolling the area of State Route 339 and Warrior Drive, Vincent, when he observed a Nissan pickup truck traveling south with headlight and taillight violations.   A traffic stop was initiated with Bradley M. Gill.  Deputy Brown was advised that Gill was driving on a suspended driver’s license.  Bradley M. Gill, 467 McDonald Road, Waterford, OH, was issued a citation for driving with a suspended license and no working tail lights or rear license plate lights.

On 27 Jan 19 Sgt. Reeder was dispatched to speak with Hank Combs regarding a domestic violence complaint that occurred at his residence, 50 Long Run Road, Lower Salem, OH.  Combs stated he and Seana Loofbourrow were arguing last evening and today he asked her to take her belongings and leave.  Loofbourrow pushed Combs after arguing about different items of property.  Loofbourrow also began throwing things and at one point put him, Combs, in a choke hold, then punching him in the ribs.  Deputies met with Loofbourrow who stated she and Combs were arguing and that it turned physical. Loofbourrow stated she pushed him and put him in a headlock, however, denied punching him.  Seana Casey Loofbourrow, age 18, 50 Long Run Road, Lower Salem, OH, was placed under arrest for domestic violence.  Loofbourrow was transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

On 27 Jan 19 Deputy Carr responded to Adams Township to a possible domestic.  In speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

On 27 Jan 19 Donald Dennis, Browns Road, Marietta, reported the theft of his mailbox, shaped like a 1957 Chevy.  This case remains under investigation.  (113)

Jeffrey Lawrence Metcalf, age 28, Guysville, OH, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, faulty exhaust, possession of drugs 2 counts, and falsification, all misdemeanors.

Chavazze Levi Kidder, age 25, 11540 State Route 339, Vincent, probation violation, a felony out of Monroe County.

Samantha Dianne Seevers, age 24, 127 Ward Street, Marietta, OH, tampering with evidence, a felony, possessing drug abuse instruments and driving under suspension, misdemeanors.

Joshua Lee Thompson, age 36, 610 Williams Avenue, Williamstown, WV, domestic violence, 2 counts and theft, all misdemeanors.

Tricia Ann Walker, age 34, homeless, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Seana Casey Loofbourrow, age 18, 600 Lakeside Drive, Apt. 9, Cambridge, OH, domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

There are currently 19 female inmates and 90 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
