EFFECT UNTIL 815 AM EST FOR NORTH CENTRAL WASHINGTON COUNTY...

At 619 AM EST, Whipple along Duck Creek remains in minor flood
stage. Levels will slowly recede over the next few hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to the National Weather Service by calling
toll free, 800 401 9535, when you can do so safely.
