On 17 Dec 18 Lt. Augenstein and Sgt. Reeder responded to the Pit Stop, 3355 State Route 821, Marietta, to a report of a subject with a dog in the parking lot acting suspiciously.  Deputies checked the area and were able to locate the female.  After completing the follow up to this incident the female, Christi A. Carney, age 49, 4707 Vince Road, Lot 24, Sandusky, Ohio, was advised that a summons would be requested for her for disorderly conduct by intoxication.

On 18 Dec 18 Deputy A McConnell responded to 57 Garage Lane, Waterford, in reference to Jeremy Campbell climbing through a trailer window and assaulting a juvenile and Carla Y. Clark.  Campbell then left the home prior to law enforcement arriving.  After completing the investigation charges of assault and aggravated burglary were filed on Jeremy W. Campbell, 106 7th Street, Beverly, OH, and a warrant was requested.

The following warrants were recently processed at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:

Aaron W. Cain, 16687 Crooked Tree Road, Dexter City, OH, failure to appear on a driving under financial responsibility charge, two warrants.

Joshua Leroy Gore, 130 Cemetary Drive, New Matamoras, OH, driving under suspension.

Haley Ashton Jett, 400-3 Avery Court, Parkersburg, WV, disorderly conduct.

Justin Adam McElfresh, 1108 Julianna Street, #87, Parkersburg, WV, operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator’s license.

Jacob W. Willis, 9008 State Route 555, Cutler, OH, possession of drugs.

The following subjects were processed into the Washington County Jail between Tuesday 18 Dec 18 and Wednesday 19 Dec 18:

Matthew Charles Berga, age 21, homeless, trafficking in drugs, three counts, all felonies.

Mitchell Dean Needs, age 38, 280 Summers Road, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Dallas Willey Farnsworth, age 45, 122 Harmar Street, Marietta, OH, disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.

Daniel Lee Francis, age 34, 130 Kern Drive, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

There are currently 13 female inmates and 108 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
