that heavy rain had fallen over the area. The heavy rain will
cause flooding. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* There were stream rises on the Duck and Little Muskingum Creeks,
and other small streams, and these streams may come out of their
banks overnight. There were some road closures and restrictions in
the warned area due to high water, including along the Duck Creek.

Matamoras, Lowell, Macksburg, Lower Salem, Willow Island, Maxwell,
Arvilla, Point Lookout, New Matamoras and Devola.

Additional rainfall amounts of a quarter to a half inch are
possible in the warned area overnight into early Sunday morning.

dangers of flooding. Heed high water and road closure signs.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
