Raymond E. Spears, 907 Neal Street, Parkersburg, WV, for failure to appear on a possession of drugs charge.
Joseph M. Porter, 27250 State Route 7, Marietta, OH, failure to appear on a disorderly conduct charge, 2 warrants, and failure to appear on a probation violation charge.
Anthony E. Boswell, 848 Greene Street, Apt. A, Marietta, OH, failure to appear on an OVI charge.
Aaron R. Hinkle, 1408 Spring Street, Parkersburg, WV, failure to appear on a bad check charge.
Savanna K. Henry, 132 E. Chalmes Avenue, Youngstown, OH, probation violation on a burglary charge.

Joseph Samuel Vining, age 40, 26705 Mile Hill Road, Racine, OH, on a warrant from Trumbull County for probation violation.
Aaron Travis Sedwick, age 31, 16551 Niggeyer Road, Guysville, OH, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, fictitious plates left of center, and no seat belt, all misdemeanors.
Jesse James Bell, age 37, 1247 Sealey Ridge Road, Vincent, OH, driving under suspension, a misdemeanor.
Michael David Blind, age 39, 1247 Sealey Ridge Road, Vincent, theft, a misdemeanor.
Joseph Franklin Wells, Jr., age 28, 104 Riley Drive, Apt. 10, Marietta, OH, 2 counts theft, breaking and entering, tampering with evidence, all felonies, and endangering children, a misdemeanor.
Victoria Lynn Hendershot, age 21, 104 Riley Drive, Apt. 10, Marietta, OH, endangering children, a misdemeanor, and complicity to tamper with evidence, a felony.
