On 26 Oct 18 Deputy Parks assisted the Trumbell County Sheriff’s Office in reference an elderly subject possibly being in our county.  The subject was located.

On 27 Oct 18  Deputy Parks was dispatched to 2450 Pleasant Ridge Road, Marietta, Ohio, where it was reported that Charles William Baker, III, age 46, had made threats of harm to a family member.  The family member was in fear for her safety.  Baker denied any violence or threats of violence.  Baker was placed under arrest for one count of domestic violence and transported to the Washington County Jail.

The following subjects were recently sentenced in Washington County Common Pleas Court:

Roger William Burkhart II, age 33, Super 8 Hotel, Marietta, OH, probation violation, 74 days County Jail.

Terry Allen Chandler, age 32, grand theft F4;180 days County Jail and Star Program.

David Eugene Morris, age 49, 1075 E. Main Street, Blueball, PA, aggravated trafficking; F3, 120 county jail.

The following subjects were processed into the Washington County Jail between Friday 26 Oct 18 and Monday 29 Oct 18:

 Samuel Lee Damron, age 42, homeless, theft, a misdemeanor, tampering with drugs and intimidation, both felonies.

Emily Shae Casto, age 19, 207 7th Street, Beverly, OH, underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor.

Nolan Charles Gonder, age 26, 701 B. Mountain House Road, Halifix, PA, driving under the influence of alcohol.

Charles William Baker III, age 46, 2450 Pleasant Ridge Road, Marietta, OH, domestic violence, a misdemeanor, and probation violation a felony.

Charles William Leach, age 50, 111B Oak Street, Belpre, OH, domestic violence and unlawful restraint, both misdemeanors.

Ryan Michael Stimpert, age 25, 144 ½ Groves Avenue, Marietta, OH, 2 counts possession of drugs, both felonies.

Dalton Lee Root, age 22, 415 13th Street, Parkersburg, WV, possessing drug abuse instruments, a misdemeanor.

Crystal Lynn Tate, age 27, 2111 Green Runs Road, St. Mary’s, WV, tampering with drugs, a felony, possessing drug abuse instruments, and 2 counts of possession of drugs, all misdemeanors.

There are currently 18 female inmates and 98 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
