On 4 Oct 18 Deputy Parks was dispatched to 28295 State Route 26 in reference to three 911 hang up calls. Deputy Parks met with Alishia Ellison, who advised she was at this residence with her boyfriend, Jeremy R. Myers.  Ellison stated she wanted to go home, and  Myers refused so she went and got in his car.  Ellison tried to remove her from the car by grabbing her by the shirt.  Ellison stated she slipped out of the shirt and ran into the house for fear he was going to hit her.   Myers was unable to be located while Deputies were in the area.  A warrant is being requested for Jeremy R. Myers, age 36, 3180 Upper Fifteen Mile Creek Road, Wingett Run, Ohio, for assault.

On 6 Oct 18 Deputy Hall, Lt. Hunter and Sgt. Holbert were dispatched to 2803 Highland Ridge Road, Apt. A, Lowell, Ohio, in reference to an incident of domestic violence.  Crystal Mallett advised dispatch that Stephen Badamo had left in a 2014 Honda Civil, which Deputy Hall met on his way to the residence.   Sgt. Holbert conducted a traffic stop on the Honda Civic being operated by Badamo at the northbound ramp to I77.  Badamo was observed failing to stop at the stop sign at State Route 821 and Highland Ridge Road.  During the stop Badamo advised Sgt. Holbert that he had a loaded 40 caliber handgun in the trunk of the vehicle.   Mallett advised Deputies that Badamo became involved in an argument with her earlier in the night.  Mallette states during the argument Badamo head-butted her in the forehead and then left the residence.   Badamo denied any type of altercation other than a verbal argument with Mallett. A strong odor of alcoholic beverage was detected on/or about Badamo ’s person, as well as glassy bloodshot eyes. Badamo admitted to consuming a little tequila earlier in the night, but nothing more. After agreeing to perform field sobriety tests, which he performed poorly, Badamo was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Jail.  Once at the Jail Badamo tested .078.   Stephen Lewis Badamo, age 45, 2295 Conway Wallrose, Freedom, PA, was arrested for improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle,  domestic violence and stop light/sign violation.  Mallette requested a protection order be issued.

On 6 Oct 18 Sgt. Johnson and Sgt. Reeder responded to Newport Township to a possible domestic violence incident.  In speaking with all parties involved it was determined to be unfounded.

On 6 Oct 18 Deputy Johnson was dispatched to the area of Huck Road and Waterford Road in reference to a possible intoxicated driver. The vehicle was described as a blue Ford truck with a silver tool box in the bed.  Deputy Hall located a truck matching this description stopped in the middle of the road in the 6100 block of Waterford Road.   The driver was identified as David W Clark.  While speaking with Clark, Deputy Hall detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on/or about his person.  Clark exited the vehicle and was very slow and unsteady on his feet.  Clark refused to submit to standard field sobriety tests. David Wayne Clark, age 52, 1094 Sandridge Road, Waterford, OH, was placed under arrest charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs.  Once at the Washington County Jail Clark also refused to submit to a breath test for alcohol.

On 7 Oct 18 Sgt. Holbert was dispatched to the Lowell Duke, Lowell, OH, in reference to a male subject passed out in a vehicle in the parking lot.  Sgt. Holbert observed a male sitting in a black Volkswagen.  Sgt. Holbert approached the male and immediately detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage on/or about his person.  Assisted by Deputy Hall, they spoke to the male who identified himself as Ashton Linger.  Linger admitted to drinking alcoholic beverages earlier this date.  Ashton Garrett Linger, age 18, 1599 Camp Hervida Road, Waterford, OH, was placed under arrest for underage consumption of alcohol and transported to the Washington County Jail.

On 8 Oct 18 Deputy Schwendeman responded to Barlow Township in reference to a juvenile not returning home at the required time.  A charge of unruly juvenile is being requested through Washington County Juvenile Court.

On 8 Oct 18 Lt. Hornbeck, Deputy McConnell, and Deputy Young responded to 1003 Campus Drive, Belpre, Ohio, in an attempt to serve warrants on Misty Martin and Matt Foraker.   Both Foraker and Martin were located inside the residence and were placed under arrest on the outstanding warrants.  Inside the home, in plain view, was a bag with several syringes and a small baggie with suspected heroin.  Martin advised the items belonged to her.  Misty Dawn Martin, age 29, 1003 Campus Drive, Belpre, OH, was placed under arrest for possession of heroin and drug abuse instruments, as well as the warrants for breach of recognizance and receiving stolen property.  Matthew Ronald Foraker, age 34, 1003 Campus Drive, Belpre, OH, was placed under arrest on warrants for aggravated possession of drugs and forgery.  Martin and Foraker were transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

On 8 Oct 18 Deputy Parks was dispatched to 255 Front Drive, New Matamoras, OH.   Virginia “Sue” Stock reports she and her sister Brenda Addlesburger had been in a physical altercation and had hit each other in the chest.  After speaking with all parties involved and witnesses to the incident, Deputy Parks will be requesting a summons be issued to Benda L. Addlesburger, age 53, 177 Brownsville Road, New Matamoras, Ohio, and Virginia Sue Stock, age 45, for disorderly conduct.
