Nicholas Ryan Easton, age 29, 2605 Core Road, Parkersburg, WV, for aggravated possession of drugs, a felony and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, drug paraphernalia and aggravated possession of drugs, all misdemeanors.
Michael Scott Ludwig, age 43, 46850 SR 26, Woodsfield, OH, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor.
