On 19 Aug 18 Deputy Schwendeman completed a private property accident report for Sharon L. Singree-Fulton, 7520 SR 676, Waterford, Ohio, who was stationary in a grass parking lot at the Waterford Fairgrounds.  Singree Fulton’s vehicle sustained nonfunctional light damage.

On 19 Aug 18 Deputy Johnson responded to 11540 State Route 339, Vincent, to a report of animals at large.  Teri Lent reported her neighbor, Jason Fair, allowing his chickens to run loose on her property.  Deputy Johnson was unable to view the chickens as they were put away for the night, however viewed evidence supporting the complaint.  Jason Fair explained he did not let the chickens out of the chicken coop and does not know how they got out.  A summons is being requested for Jason B. Fair, age 45, 1543 Woodruff Road, Vincent, Ohio, for animals at large.

On 19 Aug 18 Deputy McConnell was dispatched to a possible domestic incident in Marietta Township.  In speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

On 24 Aug 18 Sgt. McConnell completed a private property accident report for Ronald Hysell, 18399 SR 339, Waterford, OH.  Hysell backed his 2009 Ford into a Dish Network vehicle parked in the driveway.  Functional light damage was reported to both vehicles.

On 24 Aug 18 Deputy Schwendeman responded to Waterford Township in reference to a possible domestic incident.  In speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

On 24 Aug 18 Deputy H. Tornes completed paperwork to summons Susan Lang to Marietta Municipal Court for failure to register her dog.  On 9 Aug 18 Deputy Tornes responded to Indian Run Road, Marietta, OH, in reference to a complaint of a dog running loose.  Susan Lang owns three dogs, however her dogs were not running loose.  A check was then completed and it was found that Lang had not registered for dogs for 2018.

On 24 Aug 18 Deputy H. Tornes completed paperwork to summons H. Bradley Bole, age 61, for failure to restrain his dogs.  On 15 Aug 18 Deputy H. Tornes responded to 130 Wildwood Drive, Marietta, OH, to a report of Bole’s two dogs running loose and off his property on the previous date.  Bole was advised of the complaint and admitted to letting his dogs outside without being restrained. Bole advised only one of his dogs goes off his property when he lets it outside.

The following subjects were processed into the Washington County Jail between Monday 27 Aug 18 and Tuesday 28 Aug 18:

Lynsey Brooke Erb, age 31, 140 Cecil Meneffee Drive, Moorefield, WV, for unauthorized use of motor vehicle and obstructing official business, misdemeanors, and abuse of corpse and theft, felonies.

Joseph Lee Slider, age 28, homeless, for failure to notify change of address (sex offender offense), felony.

Christopher Michael Harris, age 43, 12151 State Route 60, Lowell, OH, for driving while under the influence of alcohol, misdemeanor.

James Stewart Reed, age 28, 4025 Glenestee Road, Cincinnati, OH, for theft, misdemeanor.

Anthony James Curry, age 29, Sunset Drive, Marietta, OH, for breach of recognizance, driving under suspension, and contempt (failure to appear), misdemeanors.

Jessica Ryan English, age 38, 311 Virginia Street, Marietta, OH, for possession of drugs and tampering with evidence, felonies.

Leroy Junior Clark, age 43, 20670 State Route 550, Marietta, OH, for possessing drug abuse instruments, driving under suspension, fictitious plates, and expired plate, misdemeanors, and possession of drugs, felony.

Justin Eugene Edwards, 1420 Patton Mills Road, Cutler, OH, for domestic violence, misdemeanor.

There are currently 19 female inmates and 106 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
