On 14 Aug 18 Deputy A McConnell responded to Marietta Township to a possible domestic incident. In speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.
On 15 Aug 18 Deputy Metts responded to 20470 State Route 60, to speak with Robert Owens regading a protection order violation that occurred at 132 Washington Street, Waterford, Ohio. Robert states he was advised Falcon Owens was at 132 Washington Street. Deputy Metts confirmed the information received by Robert, who was advised that Falcon was there speaking with his girlfriend, Miranda White. Robert currently has a temporary protection order against Falcon, who is not to be within 500 feet of Robert’s residence at 88 High Avenue, Waterford, Ohio. The 132 Washington Street address is within 500 feet of 88 High Avenue. Falcon Ross Owens, age 24, LKA: 88 High Avenue, Waterford, was located and placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Jail for processing on a charge of violation of a protection order.
On 15 Aug 18 Deputy Metts responded to the Dollar General, 10282 State Route 550, Vincent, Ohio, in reference to a theft complaint. An employee had observed a female retrieve items from shelves and leave the store without paying for them. Vehicle information was obtained by personnel and in checking the registration owner information was located. Deputy Metts responded to the address and made contact with a female who matched the description given. Julie Hendricks stated she had been to Dollar General and admitted to taking the items. A summons will be requested for Julie M. Hendricks, age 27, 611 ½ Wayne Street, Marietta, Ohio, for theft.

Dalton M. Ball, 6600 McMannis Riggs Road, Beverly, OH, for failure to appear. Original charge was burglary.
Sony C. Love, 9552 SR 550, Vincent, OH, for probation violation. Original charge was breaking and entering.
Michael P. Surface, 701 Race Street, Parkersburg, WV, for probation violation. Original charge was criminal trespass.

Tyler Cyrus Timberman, age 25, 838 Railroad Street, Caldwell, OH, for parole violation, a felony.
William Howard McBrayer, age 32, 602 Sled Run Road, St. Mary’s, WV, for theft and obstructing official business, both misdemeanors.
Arron Eugene Lasure, age 38, 817 Grandview Avenue, New Matamoras, OH, for fugitive from justice.
Jamie Rea Caldwell, age 39, 28906 Torch Road, Coolville, OH, for driving under suspension and speed, both misdemeanors.
