On 24 Jun 18 Deputy Johnson responded to 2991 Righteous Ridge Road, Waterford, Ohio.  Deputy Johnson was advised of a subject passed out in a Polaris Rzr, which was partially in the roadway.  Contact was made with Austin Tullius, who was asleep in the driver’s seat of the Rzr with the key in the ignition.  A strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected on Tullius.  In the cab of the side by side were two beers including one open in the cup holder. In the back was a cooler with multiple beers and empty beer cans.   Austin Chance Tullius, age 23, 50 Flint Run Road, Waterford, Ohio, was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Jail for physical control while under the influence and driving under OVI suspension.

On 25 Jun 18 Deputy Jones along with the Little Hocking Volunteer Fire Department Squad responded to a call of an unresponsive male.

On 25 Jun 18 Deputy Zide responded to a possible domestic violence report.  In speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

On 25 Jun 18 Deputy Hall began an investigation into an assault that occurred in Barlow Township.  The parties did not wish further investigation and refused to prosecute.

On 25 Jun 18 Deputy Carr along with the Reno Volunteer Fire Department responded to 425 County House Lane to a vehicle fully engulfed.   The fire was extinguished by the fire department and this case is closed.

Gregory Alan Haas, age 56, Coal Run Road, Beverly, Ohio, 2 warrants for contempt of court.

Ryan Cayce Beardsley, age 24, 102 Sacra Via, Marietta, Ohio, probation violation, misdemeanor.

Elaina Jolynn Slack-Nolen, age 24, 112 Sunset Lane, Marietta, Ohio, on a warrant for possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.

There are currently 22 female inmates and 97 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
