Northeastern Washington County in southeastern Ohio... * Until 930 AM EDT Wednesday * At 324 AM EDT, the reporting gauge at Bloomfield on the Little Muskingum River indicated the river was at 15 feet and rising. This is one foot from bankfull, with bankfull expected to be exceeded shortly. Expect flooding of immediate areas along the banks. This includes portions of route 26, and other roads that run adjacent to the river. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you can do so safely.
