...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 AM EDT FOR
NORTHEASTERN WASHINGTON COUNTY...

At 609 AM EDT, the reporting gauge at Bloomfield on the Little
Muskingum River indicated the river was at 18.1 feet and rising.
This is approximately 2 feet above bankfull. Expect flooding of
immediate areas along the banks. This includes portions of route 26,
and other roads that run adjacent to the river.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
