On 1 May 18 Deputy H. Tornes responded to 30 Hanover Road, Cutler, Ohio, to a complaint that Megan A. Treadway’s dog was running loose from the residence. A summons is being requested for Megan Ann Treadway, age 19, for failing to restrain her dog.
On 4 May 18 subjects were walking their dog along Arborgate Drive, Marietta, Ohio, and passed Brian and Holly Scharff’s residence. The Scharffs had their two dogs unrestrained, however on their property. As they walked past the Scharff’s residence one dog charged onto the roadway barking at the dog as it was walking. These subjects feared for their dog at this time as their dog had previously been attacked by another dog belonging to these individuals. A check was made to ensure the dogs were registered, finding that not all were at that time. A summons is being requested for failing to register the dogs, for Holly and Brian Scharff, 104 Arborgate Drive, Marietta, Ohio, through Marietta Municipal Court.
