On 19 Apr 18 Deputy Johnson began an investigation into the theft/recovery of a fire department radio.  This case remains under investigation.

On 22 Apr 18 Deputies along with the Wesley Volunteer Fire Department Squad responded to Wesley Township to an unresponsive male subject.  No foul play is suspected.

On 23 Apr 18 Deputy Parks began an investigation into a scam relating to a computer virus.  This case remains under investigation.

On 24 Apr 18 Stephen Atkinson, 1460 McGill Road, Vincent, Ohio, reported cash stolen from his home.  This case remains under investigation.  (507)

On 24 Apr 18 Deputy Johnson responded to 22883 State Route 339, Waterford, Ohio, for a reported domestic violence incident.   Jennifer Dixon reported Jess Dixon was acting odd and the two had been into an argument, at which time Jess began damaging marital property.   Deputy Johnson is requesting a warrant for domestic violence on Jess Dixon for domestic violence.

On 24 Apr 18 Deputy A. McConnell responded to Grandview Township in reference to a possible domestic violence incident.  In speaking with all parties involved it was determined to be unfounded.

The following subjects were processed into the Washington County Jail Tuesday 24 Apr 18 and Wednesday 25 Apr 18:

Abdulrahman Kilanf Oaljameeli, age 21, 215 Fifth Street, Marietta, Ohio, no operator’s license, a misdemeanor.

Preston Vern Archie, age 26, 171 Millbranch Road, Belpre, Ohio, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Bradly Allen Gordon, age 31, 126 Westview Drive, Barnesville, Ohio, on a warrant for contempt, failure to appear.

There are currently 29 female inmates and 99 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
