On 9 Apr 18 Deputy Johnson began an investigation into stolen firearm(s) from Barlow Township. This case remains under investigation.
On 9 Apr 18 it was reported to Deputy A. McConnell that a counterfeit bill was passed in Marietta Township at a business. This case remains under investigation.
On 11 Apr 18 Deputy Carr responded to Warren Township to a possible domestic situation. In speaking with all parties it was determined that this was unfounded. Case closed.
The following warrants were processed at the Washignton County Sheriff’s Office:
Marcus G. Boothby, 10 Browns Road, Apt. 3A, Marietta, Ohio, for failure to appear. Original charge was breach of recognizance.
April D. Cecil, 7962 Mount Carmel Ridge Road, St. Marys, WV, for failure to appear. Original charge was probation violation.
Casey J. Duvall, 1369 Tick Hill Road, Lowell, Ohio, for failure to appear. Original charge was disorderly conduct.
Alonna M. Farley, 802 Garfield Avenue, Marietta, Ohio, for possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Original charge was possession of drugs.

Lindsi Dawn Snider, age 21, 131 Alta Street, Marietta, Ohio, probation violation, a misdemeanor.
Dakota Ryan Waite, age 26, 309 Main Street, Lower Salem, Ohio, o address, on a warrant for failure to appear, a felony.
Izaak Noah Morris, age 21, 89 34th Street, Vienna, WV, on warrants for four counts of theft, all misdemeanors, theft without consent and theft of drugs, both felonies.
Nathan Corey Strickler, age 31, 1464 Rector Road, Vienna, WV, on a warrant for probation violation, a misdemeanor.
Cody Alan Fetty, age 29, 111 W. High Street, Salem, WV, on a warrant for illegal manufacture of drugs or cultivation, a felony.
Brittany Nicole Ring, age 22, 342 Michigan Place, Barberton, Ohio, on a warrant for possession of drugs, a misdemeanor.
Cameron James Cowan, age 25, no address, for probation violation, a misdemeanor.
There are currently 23 female inmates and 104 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
