On 31 Mar 18 Deputies were patroling in reference to a felony warrant for Lisa Runnion, who was reported to be in the Warren Township area. Deputies were able to make contact with Lisa Lee Runnion, age 22, LKA: 204 Tennis Center Drive, Marietta, Ohio. Runnion advised that the items located, being heroin, pills and drug paraphernalia was hers. Runnion was placed under arrest on the failure to appear warrant and was transported to the Washington County Jail. Runnion was also charged with possession of drugs (heroin), possession of drugs and obstructing official business. (292)
On 1 Apr 18 Deputy A. McConnell and Sgt. Reeder responded to 2736 Veto Road, in reference to John Batten reporting his 2000 Chevy Cavalier being stolen. Deputies patrolled the area for the vehicle and located the Cavalier at a Layman Road residence. The plate on the vehicle came back as expired (Oct 2012) on a 1996 Chrysler. After speaking with witnesses it was determined that Kylie Sealey and Leonard D. Todd, 1656 Sealy Ridge Road, Little Hocking, arrived at the location and asked if the vehicle could be left there. Sealey and Todd then left the residence. Deputies located Sealey and Todd and both were placed under arrest at that time. Kylie Sue Sealey, age 19, and Leonard Dale Todd, age 20, were both charged with tampering with evidence, theft, possession of criminal tools and fictitious plates.
On 2 Apr 18 Deputies along with the Warren and Oak Grove Volunteer Fire Departments were dispatched to 2310 Warren Chapel Road, Fleming, to a cabin fire. Fire personnel quickly extinguished the fire and reported the cabin a total loss.
On 2 Apr 18 dispatch received a warrant for the arrest of Samuel L. Damron, 197 Fay Ave, Marietta, on a charge of failure to appear on an unauthorized use charge. Deputy Hall and Lt. Hunter located Damron at the Fay Avenue location, placed him under arrest on the warrant and transported him to the Washington County Jail.
On 2 Apr 18 Deputy Gainer, while working the Washington County Jail, became aware of an assault in one of the dorms. Upon speaking with Eric T. Kendall, he reported being struck by Skyler M. Paul, in the face and head. After completing the investigation it was learned that Paul had been speaking with Kendall and then began hitting him in the face and head. A charge of assault is being filed on Skyler M. Paul.
On 3 Apr 18 the Par Mar Store at 8600 SR 339, Vincent, reported the theft of misc. food/drink items. This case remains under investigation. (612)

Michael William Martin, age 23, 1201 Wyatt Lane, Belpre, Ohio, on a warrant for probation violation, a misdemeanor.
Adam Lee Sams, age 35, 400 Greene Street, Marietta, Ohio, for possession of drugs, a felony, criminal damaging and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.
Ray Allen Ault, Jr., age 50, 43703 Bondi Ridge Road, Woodsfield, Ohio, on a warrant for contempt of court.
There are currently 26 female inmates and 106 male inmates being housed in the Washington County Jail.
