The National Weather Service in Charleston West Virginia has issued a
* Flood Warning for Small Streams in...
  Northeastern Washington County in southeastern Ohio...
* Until 645 AM EDT
* At 341 AM EDT, The stage at Bloomfield on Little Muskingum River
  was 15.19 feet.  Estimated flood stage is 16 feet.
* The river will continue to rise to just above flood stage later
  this morning.  At stages near 16 feet...Route 26 near the
  intersection with Route 260 starts to flood.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...Bloomfield,
  Marietta and Lower Salem.
* Other small streams and creeks may also flood across the area.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
