On 15 Mar 18 Deputy Schwendeman completed a private property accident report for Melissa Jo Lucas, 122 Linwood Avenue, Marietta, who struck the 2004 Grand Am belonging to Samantha Dawn Kisner, while pulling into an adjacent parking spot at the Washington County Jail, Marietta, Ohio. Both vehicles received non-functional light damage and were driven away.
On 15 Mar 18 Deputy Schwendeman responded to Dalzell Road, Liberty Township in reference to Travis A. Spicer, calling 911 requesting to speak with a deputy about an incident which occurred in Monroe County. Spicer was located walking along the roadway. While Deputy Schwendeman spoke with Spicer he detected an odor of alcoholic beverage on or about his person. Deputy Schwendeman could make no sense of what Spicer was reporting. Spicer also stated he was walking for several hours and was not sure where he was. Spicer further advised Deputy Schwendeman that he had consumed approximately 6 or 7 beers previously. Deputy Schwendeman placed Travis Arnett Spicer, age 36, listed as homeless, under arrest for disorderly conduct by intoxication. Spicer was taken to the Washington County Jail where he tested .138 on the BAC.
On 16 Mar 18 Deputies along with the Little Hocking Volunteer Fire Department Squad responded to a business on Arrowhead Road, Little Hocking, to an unresponsive male subject in a vehicle. This case remains under investigation at this time.
On 17 Mar 18 Sgt. Parks along with the Little Hocking Volunteer Fire Department Squad responded to a subjecting ingesting pills. This case remains under investigation.
On 17 Mar 18 Deputy Zide observed a silver Dodge passenger car bearing OH registration commit a traffic offense. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Alonna Farley, age 40, 802 Garfield Avenue, Marietta. K9 Rita was taken around the vehicle giving a positive indication. All occupants were asked to exit the vehicle. Farley stated that she did have some marijuana in her backpack. Deputy Zide recovered marijuana, a glass marijuana smoking pipe, and metal devices, admittedly used to clean out the marijuana smoking device. Farley stated the items belonged to her. Farley will be summoned into Marietta Municipal Court on a charge of possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.
On 17 Mar 18 Deputy Johnson along with the Little Hocking Volunteer Fire Department Squad responded to an unresponsive female subject.
On 17 Mar 18 Deputy A. McConnell encountered a female walking north on State Route 7, Marietta Township, wearing dark colored clothes with a black purse. Contact was made with the female, identifying her as Dolly Green. A check through dispatch revealed an active warrant out of Belmont County. Green stated she had a small amount of a Subutex pill, that she does not have a prescription for. Green also had a clear straw and a smoking device. Dolly Jo Green, age 47, 182 S. Marietta Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio, was transported to the Washington County Jail on the warrant and was also charged with drug possession and drug paraphernalia.
On 17 Mar 18 Joshua C. Duff, Starlite Drive, Marietta, Ohio, reported fraudulent charges on a bank account. This case remains under investigation. (415)
On 18 Mar 18 Deputy Parks along with the Wesley Volunteer Frei Department responded to 251 Southland Cemetary Road, Cutler, to a brush fire.

Blake M. Keel, 1666 School House Road, Little Hocking, Ohio, for breach of recognizance and failure to appear. Original charge was criminal damaging/endangering.
Rachael B. Campbell, 5380 Johnson Ridge Road, Waterford, Ohio, for failure to appear. Original charge was theft.
James T. Hasley, 516 Smith Street, Marietta, Ohio, for possession of drugs.
Leonard F. Travis, 1307 Swann Street, Parkersburg, WV, for complicity.
Wesley J. Radabaugh, 1451 Hill Street, Belpre, Ohio, for receiving stolen property and complicity.
Michael P. Howell, 18695 SR 26, Reno, Ohio, on two warrants for drug paraphernalia.
Justin B. Barth, Washington County Jail, failure to appear.
Randy R. Norris, 53 High Street, Vincent, Ohio, for domestic violence and disrupting public service.
Kaitlyn D. Townsend, 401 Hickory Street, Parkersburg, WV, for possession of drug instruments.
Richard R. Cole, 4966 State Route 43, Kent, Ohio, for failure to appear. Original charge was driving under suspension.
Mitchell D. Needs, 115 Dean Street, Marietta, Ohio, for driving while under the influence.
James N. Croston, 302 Lancaster Street, Marietta, Ohio, for driving under suspension.
Fredrick G. McKitrick, 125 County Road 9, Apt. C3, Marietta, Ohio, for theft, failure to appear and breach of recognizance. Original charge was obstructing official business.
Chase L. Simmons, 327 Warner Street, Marietta, Ohio, for probation violation. Original charge was burglary.
Randall W. Callihan, II, 529A North Street, Caldwell, Ohio, for probation violation. Original charge was theft.
Joshua R. Lewis, 1308 Williamson Avenue, New Matamoras, Ohio, for probation violation. Original charge was violation of protection order.
Roger L. Ward, Jr., 1225 Weppler Road, Whipple, Ohio, for probation violation. Original charge was burglary.
