On 3 Mar 18 Deputy Johnson began an investigation in reference to Garrett Buegel having a missing license plate. This case remains under investigation.
On 4 Mar 18 Deputies we were dispatched to 161 Turner Drive, Belpre, where Kyle D. Bailey was in a verbal disagreement with his wife, Shannon Bailey. In speaking with all parties it was determined that Kyle David Bailey, age 31, would be charged with disorderly conduct.
On 5 Mar 18 Sgt. McGilton responded to Aurelius Township in reference to four dogs running loose from the residence of Kristen Delancey and John Harriman. These dogs went onto the neighboring properties and charged at them aggressively. All four dogs were loose upon Sgt. McGilton’s arrival and the door to the residence was standing open. A short while later, Kristen and John arrived home and were able to obtain control of their dogs. Kristen stated they placed a chair against the front door of their residence to keep the dogs inside before leaving. Kristen and John own five dogs, but did not register them for 2018 and had to be warned in 2017 to register them. Sgt. McGilton requests a summons be issued to John Harriman, age 48 and Kristen Delancey, age 34, of 20495 State Route 821, Dexter City, Ohio for failing to restrain and failing to register their dogs.
On 5 Mar 18 Deputy Hall responded to Joe Skinner Road to a report of storage building(s) being entered. This case remains under investigation.
On 5 Mar 18 Lt. Hunter was dispatched to Adams Township to a report of domestic violence. In speaking with all parties this case will be marked unfounded.
On 5 Mar 18 Deputy Hall began an investigation in reference to a theft and possible safecracking incident in Belpre Township. This case was determined to be unfounded.
The following warrants were processed at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:
Steven K. Fordyce, 67 White Oak Lane, Mineral Wells, WV, for failure to appear. Original charge was breaking and entering.
Christopher Clark, 884 Luke Chute Road, Waterford, Ohio, for probation violation. Original charge was theft.
The following subjects were recently sentenced in Washington County Common Pleas Court:
Craig Odell Burkheimer, age 24, 802 Front Street, Marietta, Ohio, rape and kidnapping; 25 years to life Orient.
Jeremy Michael Charlton, age 37, domestic violence and violation of protection order; 180 days County Jail.
Patrick Corey Jackson, age 38, trafficking in drugs, F5 and breach of recognizance; 180 days County Jail.
April Nichole Calvert, age 31, trafficking heroin, trafficking, and burglary; 36 months Marysville.
