The National Weather Service in Charleston West Virginia has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Rain and Snowmelt in...
  Northeastern Washington County in southeastern Ohio...

* Until 130 PM EST Saturday

* At 428 AM EST, reporting gauges indicated flooding along the
  Little Muskingum River and along sections of state route 26. Two
  to two and a half inches of rain have fallen. The precipitation
  has changed to snow, with temperatures below freezing. The gauges
  indicated that the streams had crested, but it will likely take
  most, if not all of the morning, for these streams to fall back
  below bankfull.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Marietta, Williamstown, Newport, Matamoras, Macksburg, Lower Salem,
  New Matamoras and Devola.
