Marietta Fire Chief C.W. Durham, Firefighter Logan Mahaney, Washington County Sheriff Sergeant Kelly McGilton, and Dauka, a two-year-old German Shepherd, were able to reunite for a picture today. Yesterday, Dauka accidentally fell in the Ohio River, and was unable to return to shore because of about 15-20 feet of ice between her and shore. The crew pictured was able to rescue her from the river, and she has made a full recovery in less than 24 hours. Congratulations and Best Wishes for All!
