On 20 Dec 17 Deputy Allender was dispatched to the 2 mile marker of State Route 555 to a report of a drunk female laying in a ditch on the side of the road. Deputy Allender observed a vehicle in the roadway with its emergency flashers activated. In front of that vehicle, standing in the lane of traffic, was a female, identified as Victoria Meek. Deputy Allender made contact with Meek and was able to smell the strong odor of alcohol about her person. Meek appeared to have glassy eyes and she was unsteady on her feet. Meek also slurred her words and repeated phrases multiple times, stating she was walking home to Bartlett, which was a significant distance away. The caller advised he observed her laying in the ditch and she jumped up and he thought she was going to jump out in front of his vehicle. Another witness states that Meek came to his residence and others at the residence had refused to drive her home and he later discovered she had left the residence. Victoria Anita Meek, age 58, 250 Custer Road, Stockport, OH, was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct by intoxication and transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.
On 21 Dec 17 Scott Witten, 16670 SR 60, Lowell, reported the building entered at this location. This case remains under investigation. (790)

Donald Joseph Hill, age 33, 857 Southland Cemetery Road, Cutler, Ohio, on a warrant for telephone harassment, a misdemeanor. Hill was arrested at the Marietta Municipal Court by Patrolman Wallace of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Dec 17 at 9:47 am.
Randall Wayne Callihan, II, age 22, homeless, for probation violation, a felony. Callihan was picked up at Noble County Jail by Deputy Sheaves of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Dec 17 at 10:46 am.
There are currently 19 females and 86 males incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
