On 6 Dec 17 Deputy Johnson responded to 38 Townhall Road, Marietta, in reference to a possible domestic disturbance at that address. Deputy Johnson spoke with Ruth Thrasher who stated she was involved in an argument with her boyfriend, Kenneth Tilton, over how she was preparing dinner. Ruth said she and Kenneth had both been consuming alcohol that evening and Kenneth began yelling at her and telling her she was worthless. Ruth said Kenneth flipped over the dining room table and she ended up getting knocked over it in the process, causing her to fall to the floor in which she sustained a large cut on her left elbow. Ruth said Kenneth left the residence afterward. Ruth stated she and Kenneth have been in a relationship for the past three years and Kenneth stays at her residence part of the time, but also has his own residence on Dixon Ridge Road in Lowell. Ruth states Kenneth also helps take care of her Deputy Johnson met with Kenneth, who admitted to getting into an argument with Ruth but denied physically assaulting Ruth. Kenneth said he did flip the dining room table over and stated Ruth tripped over it. Deputy Johnson also observed a fresh cut on one of Kenneth’s knuckles on his right hand. Based on the above circumstances Kenneth Ewing Tilton, age 48, 730 Dixon Ridge Road, Lowell, Ohio, was placed under arrest for domestic violence and transported to the Washington County Jail.

C, Columbus, OH, 3rd degree felony having weapons under disability, 30 months; 5th degree felony possession of drugs, 6 months; 5th degree felony trafficking in drugs, 12 months; all concurrent. Two 4th degree felony failure to appear, 12 months each. Total of 42 months, Orient.
Christina Rose Nunn, age 47, 119 Sunset Lane, Marietta, OH, 5th degree felony theft, 60 days county jail.

Jeremy Ray Davis, age 39, 1072 Leith Run Road, New Matamoras, Ohio, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Davis was arrested at his residence by Lt. Hunter of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Dec 17 at 2:35 pm.
Chad Robert Dixon, age 41, 1971 Leith Run Road, New Matamoras, Ohio, for trafficking in drugs and two counts of having weapons under disability, all felonies. Dixon was arrested at his residence by Deputy Hall of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Dec 17 at 5:37 pm.
Corey Wayne Cowan, age 27, 25 Lane Road, Vincent, Ohio, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Cowan was arrested in Common Pleas Court by Deputy Doak of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Dec 17 at 6:26 pm.
Stephen Paul Ritchie, age 48, 1308 Williamson Ave., New Matamoras, Ohio, for drug possession, a felony. Ritchie was arrested by Lt. Hunter of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Dec 17 at 7:19 pm.
Patrick Caprice Henry, age 45, 284 Irwin Street, Cincinnati, Ohio, for burglary, a felony. Henry was picked up at the Cincinnati Jail by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Dec 17 at 9:54 pm.
Mary Ruth Carpenter, age 56, 20475 SR 60, P.O. Box 534, Beverly, Ohio, on a warrant for theft, a misdemeanor. Carpenter was arrested in Beverly by Patrolman Perine of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Dec 17 at 10:43 pm.
Tequan Montek Pratt, age 22, 137 Morris Drive, Montgomery, WV, for speeding and driving under suspension, both misdemeanors. Pratt was arrested by Trooper Forshey of the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Dec 17 at 12:34 am.
