On 2 Dec 17 Deputy Schwendeman responded to 11776 State Route 555, Cutler, in reference to Patricia Gibson being assaulted by Sheldon Hill at that residence. Patricia states Sheldon had called her earlier in the day and told her to get her belongings from the residence, where she lived with Sheldon. Patricia went to the residence and took a friend along to assist her. Patricia states that shortly after they started packing, Sheldon arrived. Patricia states she also had her and Sheldon’s newborn baby with her. Patricia stated there did not appear to be any issues and her mother arrived to take the baby back to her residence. Upon this happening Sheldon became upset. Patricia explained her mother left the residence with the child and Sheldon left as well, yelling at her mother as she left. Patricia states Sheldon then came back to the residence and began yelling at her, at which point she told him she just wanted to get her belongings and did not want any problems. Patricia states as Sheldon walked out the front door she slammed the door behind him, with him returning and yelling at her again. Patricia then walked to the porch with Sheldon grabbing her arms and shoving her around on the porch, pushing her against a wooden post on the porch, causing the back of her head to strike the post several times. Deputy Schwendeman did observe a scrape to Patricia’s left forearm and some bruising and red marks on her upper left arm from the altercation. Sheldon was unable to be located for an interview at the time of this investigation and his current whereabouts are unknown. Deputy Schwendeman requested a warrant for Sheldon Dwight Hill, age 34, 11776 State Route 5565, Cutler, for domestic violence, a 4th degree felony. A temporary protection order has also been requested.
