On 7 Nov 17 Deputy J. McConnell responded to Roberts Road, Amesville, Ohio, in reference to a possible domestic dispute.  It was reported that two vehicles showed up in the caller’s driveway and the drivers were arguing and yelling at each other.  It was further reported that the male who was driving a truck then spun out in the driveway throwing mud all over two of the property owner’s vehicles.  Deputy McConnell met with Tabitha Norris who stated she and her boyfriend,  Vincent Robert, 1950 Roberts Road, Amesville, OH, have been living together for about two or three weeks and have been dating since August.  Tabitha reported she and Vincent were talking today and during the conversation Vincent became upset.  Tabitha and her son left the residence and  while driving on Roberts Road, Vincent was following them.  Tabitha states that at times Vincent tried to run her off the road, eventually striking her vehicle.   Tabitha continued down the road eventually pulling into the caller’s driveway.  Deputies were unable to locate Vincent, therefore request a warrant through Marietta Municipal Court for Vincent’s arrest for 2 counts of domestic violence.
