On 19 Oct 17 Deputy Parks was patrolling State Route 339 in Dunham Township when she observed a vehicle pull onto the berm of the roadway and activate their hazard lights. Deputy Parks stopped to check the driver. The driver, James Kevin Ohse II, 4640 Oakhill Road, Stockport, was checked through dispatch learning that he had an expired driver’s license. A citation for driving on expired license was issued to Ohse.
On 19 Oct 17 Deputy Parks completed a private property accident report for Richard Burdiss, 10101 State Route 550, Vincent. The driver of the Burdiss vehicle was backing from a parking spot at the Warren High School when they struck the unoccupied vehicle belonging to Bryan Casey, 3546 Dunfee Road, Coolville. Light damage was reported to both vehicles.
On 19 Oct 17 Deputy Parks was dispatched to Belpre Township in reference to a juvenile subject having problems with the parent(s) and destroying items. Charges of unruly juvenile are being filed through Washington County Juvenile Court.
On 20 Oct 17 Dennis E. Biddinger, 198 Deming Road, Fleming, reported bullet holes found in his camper. This case remains under investigation. (612)
On 22 Oct 17 Deputy Johnson was dispatched to 101 Evans Street, New Matamoras, to a report of medication being stolen. Deputy McKee and Deputy Johnson made contact with Tiffini Omalley who reported finding two of her prescription medication bottles (empty) in a backpack belonging to her son, Brennan M. Omalley. Tiffini suspected Brennan and his girlfriend, Jessica Reid, of taking her medication since they have been staying with her over the last two days. Brennan admitted to taking the medication so he and Jessica could be cured of being “dope sick”. Brennan stated they ran out of their prescription and needed something to calm their nerves. Tiffani was unsure of the amount of pills, however Brennan stated there were approximately 4 pills between the two bottles. Brennan Michael Omalley, age 24, 15815 Vista Drive, Monclair, VA, and Jessica Lynn Reid, age 23, homeless, Morgantown, WV, were arrested for theft of drugs and transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.
On 22 Oct 17 Joel Dixon, 31 Dixon Hollow Road, Beverly, reported to Sgt. Thorpe a Hobart welder and homemade trailer missing from his property. A short time later Dixon notified Sgt. Thorpe that he had located his missing items in Morgan County, Ohio. Contact was made with the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office at which time they were able to have the items returned to Dixon. This case remains under investigation.
On 22 Oct 17 Deputy McKee was patrolling State Route 550 when he observed a blue in color, Hyundai, bearing Ohio registration traveling east bound. Deputy McKee observed the Hyundai did not have a functional registration light and conducted a traffic stop. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Lakin Kimble. There were three occupants in the vehicle, with all three giving different stories to Deputy McKee. An odor of an intoxicating beverage was detected coming from the vehicle. Kimble was asked to exit the vehicle in which she was unsteady on her feet and almost fell down. Kimble then told Deputy McKee “I’m drunk”. Kimble agreed to submit to a series of field sobriety tests, which she performed poorly on. Kimble admitted to consuming “liquor” but would not elaborate on how much. Lakin Janae Kimble, age 22, 16230 Crooked Tree Road, Dexter City, was placed under arrest for OVI and driving under suspension. Kimble was transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

McMullen was arrested on County Road 11 by Trooper Seabolt of the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Oct 17 at 3:11 pm.
Zachary David Reel, age 20, 1030 Quincy Street, Parkersburg, WV, on a warrant for probation violation, a misdemeanor. Reel was picked up at Greene County Adult Detention Facility by Deputy Stackpole of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Oct 17 at 3:22 pm.
Marisa Marie Sumption, age 20, 1 Campus View Drive, Vienna, WV, for theft, a felony. Sumption was arrested at Marietta College by Officer Brown of the Marietta College Police and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Oct 17 at 12:25 am.
Marissa Ellen Davidson, age 21, 1937 Windward Point, Discovery Bay, CA, for theft, a felony. Davidson was arrested at Marietta College by Officer Brown of the Marietta College Police and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Oct 17 at 1:41 am.
Kevin Matthew Hess, age 30, 1107 Cisler Drive, Marietta, for obstructing official business and theft, both misdemeanors. Hess was arrested by Patrolman Richards of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Oct 17 at 5:58 am.
Brian Keith Hitchcock, age 38, 106 S. Second Street, Marietta, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Hitchcock was arrested on Front Street by Patrolman Kampmeier of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Oct 17 at 2:21 pm.
Brennan Michael O’Malley, age 24, 15815 Vista Drive, Monclair, VA, for theft of drugs, a felony. O’Malley was arrested in New Matamoras by Deputy Johnson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Oct 17 at 8:25 am.
Jessica Lynn Reid, age 23, homeless, for theft of drugs, a felony. Reid was arrested in New Matamoras by Deputy Johnson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Oct 17 at 8:32 am.
Ruben Ronald Quiroz, age 25, 1745 S. Bald Eagle Drive, Stockport, for possession of drugs, a felony, drug paraphernalia, and two counts of operating a vehicle with expired operator’s license, all misdemeanors. Quiroz was arrested on Greene Street by Patrolman Bonnette of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Oct 17 at 11:40 pm.
Lakin Janae Kimble, age 22, 16230 Crooked Tree Road, Dexter City, for OVI, driving under suspension and probation violation, all misdemeanors. Kimble was arrested by Deputy McKee of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Oct 17 at 1:54 am.
