On 16 Oct 17 Larry Thompson, 341 Everson Road, Belpre, reported the theft of 2 stone lion statues from a separate Belpre Township location.  This case remains under investigation.  (612)

On 16 Oct 17 Richard Perkins, 730 Colvin Street, Belpre, reported the break in of storage buildings at 21 Clifton Road, Little Hocking.  This case remains under investigation.  (612)

On 17 Oct 17 Deputy Schwendeman began an investigation in Dunham Township in reference to an individual being the victim of identity fraud.  This case remains under investigation.

The following warrants were processed at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:

Tabatha D. Cain, 301 Jennison Street, Beverly, probation violation; original charge theft.

Mickie Neihart, 7216 Waterford Road, Marietta, probation violation; original charge criminal damaging.

The following suspects were processed into the Washington County Jail between Thursday 19 Oct 17 and Friday 20 Oct 17:

Thomas Michael Emerick, age 48, 212 Maple Street, Marietta, on a warrant out of Muskingum County for drug possession, a felony.  Emerick was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Ritchie of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Oct 17 at 4:43 pm.

Misty Gail Sealey, age 39, 2100 Hill Street, Belpre, for probation violation, a misdemeanor.  Sealey was arrested by Probation Officer Ferrell of the Marietta City Probation Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Oct 17 at 5:35 pm.

Nikki Lee Duncan, age 35, 3701 Plum Run Road, Waterford, for OVI and failure to appear, both misdemeanors.  Duncan was arrested by Patrolman Wallace of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Oct 17 at 9:40 am.

Derek Richard Holmes, age 33, 1274 Warren Chapel Road, Fleming, for probation violation.  Holmes was arrested at the Marietta City Probation Department by Patrolman Wallace  of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Oct 17 at 11:27 am.

There are currently 23 females and 98 males incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
