The area was patrolled for the female, Abbey Weekley, locating her on Tennis Center Drive. Abbey was visibly upset, shaking, crying and speaking with a broken voice. Deputy Allender observed she was not wearing shoes and her shirt appeared to be stretched out. Abbey told Deputy Allender she had gotten into an argument with Quinton and she attempted to leave her home. Abbey stated Quinton locked all of the doors, took her shoes off of her, took her phone, her car keys and her glasses and would not let her leave. Abbey also stated that Quinton pushed her down 4 or 5 times and at one point held her down on the ground. Abbey stated Quinton grabbed her and tried to drag her up the stairs, and also towards the kitchen. Abbey was finally able to get away and ran out the back, jumping approximately 10 feet to the ground and ran down the road. Deputy Allender met with Quintin finding him to be very calm. He stated the two got into an argument and Abbey struck him with a golf club. Quinton showed Deputy Allender numerous scratches to his upper arms and forearms. Quinton admitted to standing in the doorway. Deputy Allender asked about the allegation Abbey made in which he held her down, and he admitted to holding her down but said it was to control her because she was violent. The scratches Sgt. Mankins and Deputy Allender observed appeared to be defensive scratches which were consistent with Quinton holding Abbey down and her trying to get up. Inside the home Deputies observed a golf club lying by the front door, and one of Abbey’s shoes was lying by the rear sliding glass door which she ran out of. On the back porch Deputies observed several potted plants knocked over and an indent in the grass which was consistent with Abbey jumping from the porch into the yard.
