On 19 Sep 17 Deputy Hall responded to Federal Road in reference to an unruly juvenile complaint.   The parent(s) are having discipline issues with the child.  A summons is being requested through Washington County Juvenile Court for unruly child.

On 19 Sep 17 Sgt. Holbert was dispatched to Salem Township in reference to an unruly/runaway child.  The child had returned to the previous location of their residence in which he would not return home when Sgt. Holbert spoke with him on the telephone.  A welfare check was requested with the local law enforcement agency and charges of unruly child are being filed through  Washington County Juvenile Court.

On 20 Sep 17 Deputy Parks was dispatched to 8600 State Route 339, Barlow Township, to the Par Mar.  Deputy Parks was advised six individuals had entered the store, five males and one female, and two of the males were observed on camera putting food items into their pockets.  One of the unidentified males took a Red Bull, and the other took a Hot Pocket.  She advised the total value of items taken was approximately $7.00.  This case remains under investigation.

On 20 Sep 17 Deputy Johnson responded to Camden Clark Medical Center for an incident which occurred on Roberts Drive, Belpre.   A 3 year old had been on the back of  a horse being held by an adult  when the horse got spooked and bucked, throwing both off.  The adult maintained control of the child and neither party was kicked by the horse.

On 20 Sep 17 Deputy Johnson met with Charles Kelly, 2266 Briggs Hill Road, Belpre, in reference to his home being entered.  This case remains under investigation.

On 21 Sep 17 Deputy A. McConnell was patrolling the area of Braun Road, Belpre when she observed a vehicle in the middle of the roadway.  A traffic stop was conducted and a check of the vehicle and driver was made.  Deputy McConnell found that the registered owner/driver, Angela Johnson, age 37, 2650 Braun Road, Belpre, did not have a valid driver’s license.  A traffic citation was issued to Johnson for driving without a license.

On 21 Sep 17 Deputy A. McConnell was dispatched to 637 Martin Drive, Fleming, in reference to Aaron Anderson stating his house had been broken into and a shampooer removed from his home.   Through information received it was determined that a Benjamin Lucas Warren, age 34, 3118 Barnett Ridge Road, Fleming, had entered the residence.   Warren was located and after being advised of his Miranda Rights admitted to entering the trailer and removing the shampooer.  Warren was placed under arrest for burglary and transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

On 21 Sep 17 Deputies responded to 3250 State Route 26, Marietta in reference to a male and female arriving at the home and being in a domestic dispute.  The male subject identified as Michael Grahame was outside the residence, and the female, Ellen Buck, was inside the residence.  Grahame stated they were at his parent’s home when Buck became paranoid and said she was going to be killed by Grahame and his parents.  Grahame stated Buck had used methamphetamine around 1700 hours that day and stopped taking her prescribed medication approximately 3 months ago. Grahame asked Buck to get in the vehicle and he would take her to the hospital.  Deputies then met with Buck who had dilated pupils and kept saying not to kill her.  Buck admitted to shooting up methamphetamine that day. Buck was unable to focus when answering questions and thought Deputies were going to kill her.  Buck gave permission to search her backpack, which was found to contain used syringes.  When Deputies attempted to pat down Buck she began resisting and not following orders.  Ellen Anne Buck, age 30, 105 Dudley Avenue, Parkersburg, WV, was arrested for disorderly conduct and drug instrument possession.  Buck was transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

John David Bigler, age 42, 735 N. 7th Street, Marietta, for two counts of child endangering, both misdemeanors. Bigler was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Giffin of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Sep 17 at 9:57 am.

Edward Allen Persell, age 44, 735 N. 7th Street, Marietta, for permitting drug abuse and obstructing justice, both felonies. Persell was arrested on 7th Street by Deputy Parks of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Sep 17 at 10:28 am.

Miranda Dawn Derby, age 33, 735 N. 7th Street, Marietta, for two counts of child endangering, both misdemeanors. Derby was arrested by Patrolman Dennison of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Sep 17 at 10:58 am.

Michael Vernon Boyce, age 51, 1360 Silver Globe Road, Marietta, for FRA suspension and fictitious plates, both misdemeanors and obstructing official business, a felony. Boyce was arrested by Patrolman Dennison of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Sep 17 at 11:27 am.

Alecia Dawn Kitts, age 31, 211 ½ Maple Street, Marietta, for OVI and failure to control, both misdemeanors. Kitts was arrested on Butler Street by Patrolman Hively of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Sep 17 at 4:04 pm.

Benjamin Lucas Warren, age 34, 3118 Barnett Ridge Road, Fleming, for burglary, a felony. Warren was arrested at his residence by Deputy A. McConnell of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Sep 17 at 7:09 pm.

Ellen Anne Buck, age 30, 105 Dudley Avenue, Parkersburg, WV, for drug instruments possession and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors. Buck was arrested on SR 26 by Deputy A. McConnell of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Sep 17 at 10:44 pm.

Tina Darlene Frye, age 34, 1716 Elizabeth Street, Belpre, for drugs possession, a felony and expired registration, a misdemeanor. Frye was arrested on Farson Street by Patrolman Whittington of the Belpre Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Sep 17 at 1:01 am.

Rodriquies Marqus Evans, age 27, 236 Wellington Willow Way, Columbus, OH, for two counts of trafficking in drugs, both felonies. Evans was arrested by the Major Crimes Task Force and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Sep 17 at 2:55 am.

Dwan J. Robinson, age 33, 178 Midcliff Drive, Columbus, OH, or two counts of trafficking in drugs, both felonies. Robinson was arrested by the Major Crimes Task Force and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Sep 17 at 2:57 am.

Kenyatta Banks, age 27, 4620 Pintail Creek Drive, Canal Winchester, OH, for two counts of trafficking in drugs, both felonies. Banks was arrested by the Major Crimes Task Force and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Sep 17 at 3:22 am.

Stephon J. Solomon, age 30, 1970 Fifth Avenue, Columbus, OH, for two counts of trafficking in drugs, both felonies. Solomon was arrested by the Major Crimes Task Force and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Sep 17 at 3:23 am.

Casey Charles Lehew, age 32, 555 Eyermann Road, Belpre, for permitting drug abuse, a felony. Lehew was arrested by the Major Crimes Task Force and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Sep 17 at 3:48 am.

Shaylyn Nikole Prall, age 20, 611 Reed Street, Parkersburg, WV, for two counts of trafficking in drugs, both felonies. Prall was arrested by the Major Crimes Task Force and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Sep 17 at 4:07 am.

Jason Daniel Knowlton, age 19, 808 Division Street, Parkersburg, for OVI and trafficking in drugs, both felonies, failure to signal and carrying concealed weapon, both misdemeanors. Knowlton was arrested on SR 7 by Patrolman Whittington of the Belpre Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Sep 17 at 7:09 am.
