Ohio Organized Crimes Investigations Commission
An investigation by Agents of the Ohio Organized Crimes Investigations Commission, Washington Morgan Noble Major Crimes Task Force resulted in a search warrant and multiple arrests.
On 22 Sep 17 Agents executed a search warrant at the residence Cassey C. Lehew, 555 Eyermann Road, Belpre, OH. Agents located Cassey C. Lehew along with Dwan J. Robinson, Stephon Soloman, Rodriquies Evans, Kenyatta Banks Jr. and Shailyn Prall at the residence.
Upon searching the garage Agents located three plastic bags containing suspect methamphetamine totaling 68.93 grams, and three plastic bags containing 10.79 grams of suspected heroin. Agents located a work bench that was used to process the drugs for packaging. On the work bench Agents located a digital scale, numerous plastic bags, and small measuring spoon.
Cassey Lehew was read his Miranda Rights and interviewed. Lehew admitted to allowing the other subjects, Dwan J. Robinson, Stephon Soloman, Rodriquies Evans, Kenyatta Banks Jr., and Shailyn Prall to use his residence to distribute and consume methamphetamine and heroin. Lehew advised he was provided methamphetamine in exchange for allowing these subjects to use his residence.
Cassey Charles Lehew, age 32, 555 Eyermann Road, Belpre, was arrested and charged with permitting drug abuse in violation a 5th degree felony.

Dwan J. Robinson, age 33, 178 Midcliff Drive, Columbus, OH was arrest and charged with trafficking methamphetamine, in an amount less than 50 times bulk but greater than 5 times bulk, a 2nd degree felony, and trafficking heroin, in an amount greater than or equal to 10 grams but less than 50 gram, a 2nd degree felony.

Stephon J. Soloman, age 30, 1970 E. Fifth Avenue, Columbus, OH, was arrest and charged with trafficking methamphetamine in an amount less than 50 times bulk but greater than 5 times bulk, a 2nd degree felony and trafficking heroin in an amount greater than or equal to 10 grams but less than 50 gram, a 2nd degree felony.

Rodriquies Marqus Evans, age 27, 236 Wellington Willow Way, Columbus, OH was arrest and charged with trafficking methamphetamine in an amount less than 50 times bulk but greater than 5 times bulk, a 2nd degree felony and trafficking heroin in an amount greater than or equal to 10 grams but less than 50 gram, a 2nd degree felony.

Kenyatta Banks Jr, age 27, 4620 Pintail Creek Drive, Canal Winchester, OH, was arrest for trafficking methamphetamine in an amount less than 50 times bulk but greater than 5 times bulk, a 2nd degree felony, and trafficking heroin in an amount greater than or equal to 10 grams but less than 50 grams, a 2nd degree felony.

Shailyn Nikole Prall, age 20, 611 Reed Street, Parkersburg, WV, was arrest and charged with trafficking methamphetamine in an amount less than 50 times bulk but greater than 5 times bulk, a 2nd degree felony, and trafficking heroin in an amount greater than or equal to 10 grams but less than 50 gram, a 2nd degree felony.

All subjects were transported to the Washington County Jail for processing where they remain incarcerated pending their initial appearance in Marietta Municipal Court.
