On 19 Sep 17 Deputy P. Tornes requested a warrant be issued for Jordan William Belford, age 21, lka: 211 2^nd Street, New Matamoras, OH, for failure to provide change of address as required by law, a 4th degree felony.

On 18 Jan 17 Belford was sentenced in Monroe County to registered as a Tier 2 sex offender for the offense of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.  The sentence requires that Belford register his address with the Sheriff or a designee within 3 days of a change of address.

On 13 Sep 17 Deputy Tornes was advised that Belford had not been living at the New Matamoras address since the middle of August 2017.

On 15 Sep 17 a compliance check was attempted on Belford at the above address.  A witness disclosed that he had not lived there since 17 Aug 17 and has not returned to the address as of that date.
