On 2 Sep 17 Deputy Johnson met with Courtney Harpster, 2910 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital regarding an incident which occurred at her home.  Courtney explained that on 31 Aug 17 the father of her children, Bryan Williams, came into the residence and began yelling at her.  Bryan was upset because Courtney did not return with his vehicle until later than originally planned. Courtney stated during the argument Bryan grabbed her by the back of the head and forced her down to the ground and struck her in the back of the head multiple times. Courtney advised after getting up he head-butted her and kicked her in the ribs. According to Courtney this has been an ongoing issue for multiple years and she would not have reported this incident but her ribs were not healing.   Deputy Johnson was advised that Bryan had been living next door at his parent’s residence for the last couple years. Courtney learned today that she had a broken rib which was caused from the assault.  Bryan Joseph Williams, age 35, was located and transported to the Washington County Jail where he was charged with felonious assault.  A temporary protection order was requested by Courtney Harpster.

On 2 Sep 17 Deputy Parks completed a private property accident report for Nancy L. Dionne, 27325 State Route 7, A, Marietta.  Dionne advised at approximately 0400 hr. an unknown male backed into her vehicle.   This case remains under investigation.

On 3 Sep 17 Lt. Norman Sgt. Reeder were dispatched to 1875 State Route 550, Bartlett, to a reported domestic violence call between Jeremy and Erica Fivecoait.  Erica reported to dispatch that she and Jeremy had an argument that turned violent.  Deputy arrived and Jeremy and Erica were in the living room of the home. Jeremy stated he had a “little bit of an argument” with his wife. Jeremy said he was lying on the bed and Erica came into the bedroom and stated she needed to talk to him. Jeremy was playing on his phone and she continued to tell him over and over she wanted to talk to him. Jeremy said Erica grabbed his phone and he reached over her to retrieve it and as he reached over her, Erica bit him on the back of his arm.  Jeremy stated he reached over her further, and was finally able to retrieve his phone. Jeremy then went downstairs in the basement, with Erica following him, continually trying to get him to talk to her. Jeremy became upset with her not leaving him alone so he picked up a metal scrub brush and threw it against the wall.  Erica admitted taking his phone in an attempt to gain his undivided attention. Erica said Jeremy “came at me” and she was half on the bed and half off so she bit his arm because “he was on top of me”. Erica said at one point in the argument, Jeremy kicked a stool over and threw her phone, accidentally hitting the back of her leg as he threw it on the floor.  Deputies determined that both Erica and Jeremy were equally to blame for this incident.  Erica CL Fivecoait, age 25, and Jeremy Brooks Fivecoait, age 23 are both being summoned to Marietta Municipal Court for disorderly conduct fighting.

On 3 Sep 17 a Warren Township resident was treated for a suspected drug overdose.  The victim was given Naloxone and regained consciousness.   Detectives learned that the drugs (heroin) consumed were purchased the evening prior from a Dustin M. Omspach, 314 Fourth Street, Lowell.   Detectives began an investigation and met with Omspach on his way to the Lowell Elementary School where it was suspected he was going to sell an additional $30 worth of heroin.   Omspach was read his Miranda Rights and confessed to facilitating the drug deal the previous evening.   Omspach also advised that he was on his way to complete an additional $30 deal when he was approached by Detectives.  Dustin Michael Omspach, age 35, was placed under arrest for 2 counts of drug trafficking, both 3^rd degree felonies, and transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

On 3 Sep 17 Deputies responded to 6020 Sandhill Road, Marietta, in reference to Kathy Ledger advising her boyfriend, Fredrick Earl Ernak, was threatening to harm himself.  Kathy stated Fredrick had been drinking and was intoxicated.  Kathy stated they got into a verbal argument in which Fredrick threatened to shoot himself, pointing the pistol at Kathy, threatening to kill her and then burn the house down.  Kathy was afraid for her safety and left the residence.  Fredrick walked out of the home upon Officers arriving, and was unarmed.  Fredrick was read his Miranda Rights and secured.  A strong odor of an intoxicating beverage was detected on Fredrick.  Fredrick first stated he had no weapons and then advised Officers where the weapons were.   Fredrick denied pointing the gun at Kathy, however did admit to wanting to end his life. A bag of suspected marijuana was located along with pipes.  Fredrick admitted to these items also being his.  Fredrick Earl Ernak II, age 51, was placed under arrest, charged with using weapons while intoxicated, domestic violence, drug possession and drug paraphernalia.  Ernak was transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

On 3 Sep 17 Deputy Parks responded to Barlow Township in reference to a subject target shooting and a bullet ricocheted onto another property.  All subjects were spoken with and the matter resolved.

On 3 Sep 17 Deputy Allender responded to the Lowell Lock and Dam to take possession of a kayak floating down the river.  The kayak was secured and local agencies were checked for a missing/stolen kayak.  This case remains under investigation.

On 4 Sep 17 Deputy Hall responded to 2195 Layman Road, Vincent, in reference to a call from Destry Todd stating there were people in his house and outside his house with guns threatening to harm him.   Contact was made at the residence, finding no one around the home.  Todd was sweating profusely with labored breathing.  Todd further felt there were three males in the home so he locked himself in his room.  Todd further stated he did not know who the subjects were, and that he may be hallucinating, but believed his story to be true.  The area was checked and there were no signs of anyone being at the residence that shouldn’t be.  For the safety of Todd and others, Destry Shane Todd, age 27, was placed into custody, charged with disorderly conduct and transported to the Washington County Jail.

On 4 Sep 17 Deputy Hall responded to 85 Brush Road, Marietta, in reference to a stolen bicycle complaint.  Kelly Holland stated she noticed a mountain bike missing on 3 Sep 17.  Surveillance cameras were checked and a male subject was observed walking up her driveway and ride out on the mountain bicycle on 1 Sep 17.  Through the investigation the male subject was positively identified as David Mark Longwell.  A warrant was requested through Marietta Municipal Court for Longwell, age 43, 1776 Princeton Street, Parkersburg, WV, for breaking and entering.

David M. Longwell, 1776 Princeton Street, Parkersburg, WV, for theft, B & E, and possession of criminal tools.

Joshua S. Sorcic, 19706 Keenan Cutoff Road, Montgomery, TX, for failure to appear; original charge OVI.

Brandon D. Ramage, 206 Jennison Street, Beverly, for failure to appear; original charge possession of drugs.

The following suspects were processed into the Washington County Jail between Friday Tuesday 5 Sep 17 and Wednesday 6 Sep 17:

Seth Adam Bond, age 35, 130 Brandy Drive, Marietta, for probation violation, a misdemeanor.  Bond was arrested by Probation Officer E. Brockmeier of the Marietta City Probation Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Sep 17 at 3:46 pm.

David Alexander Webb, age 20, 414 Edgelawn Avenue, Williamstown, WV, for probation violation, a misdemeanor.  Webb was arrested by Probation Officer E. Brockmeier of the Marietta City Probation Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Sep 17 at 4:07 pm.

Larry Travis Lang, age 37, 3701 Plum Run Road, Waterford, for probation violation, a misdemeanor.  Lang was arrested by Probation Officer E. Brockmeier of the Marietta City Probation Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Sep 17 at 4:21 pm.

Glenn Roger Johnson, age 30, 116 Harmar Street, Marietta, for breach of recognizance and contempt of court, felonies, obstructing official business and drug instrument possession, both misdemeanors. Johnson was arrested by Patrolman Wenzel of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Sep 17 at 10:48 pm.

There are currently 22 females and 94 males incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
