Angel advised that Cory Meeks came to her residence that evening and when he left, the dog which was previously tied to the bicycle was inside the residence.  On 27 Aug 17 Deputy Schwendeman located Cory Meek at 211 ½ Maple Street, Marietta, and spoke with him. Cory stated he went to Angel’s residence to see her husband, who was not home, so he left. I asked Cory if he went to her residence any other time and he said no, but he went to her neighbor’s residence on 25 Aug 17. Cory said while he was at the neighbor’s residence he purchased a bicycle.  Deputy Schwendeman asked to see the bicycle and Cory showed him one which matched the description of the one Angel reported stolen. Cory asked Deputy Schwendeman if the bicycle was stolen and he was advised that it was.  The bicycle was recovered and given back to Angel, who confirmed it was her bicycle.  The neighbor denied taking the bicycle or selling one to Cory.  A summons is being requested for Cory E.
