The sentence requires Campbell to register his address with the Sheriff or a designee within 3 days of an address change.  A compliance check was conducted at Campbell’s registered address, 710 Front Street, Apt. 12, Marietta, and it was learned that Campbell no longer resides at the address.  The proprietor of the complex was contacted and he advised that Campbell moved out in July.  It was also learned that the Williamstown WV Police Department had contact with Campbell earlier this month but it could not be determined if Campbell was living in West Virginia.

On 22 Aug 17 Deputy McKee was dispatched to 422 Sixth Street, Lowell,  to meet with Derek Maas, who was reporting an altercation with Derek Steward.  Maas reported Steward arrived at his residence and began to insult him by calling him derogatory names.  Maas stated Steward then struck him on the side of the head and left.   Deputy McKee located and spoke with Steward who stated he had gone to Maas’ residence to ask him to stop spinning his tires in front of his house.  Steward stated Maas was yelling at him and he then saw Maas reach for something in his waist band, which he believed Maas was pulling out a weapon, so he slapped him across the face. It was determined by both parties that Maas did not pull any weapons from his waistband, and Steward stated he helped Maas to his feet and left the residence.  A summons is being requested for Derek S.
