On 16 Aug 17 Lt. Hunter was dispatched to Marietta Municipal Court Probation Office in reference to drugs found on a probationer during a random residence check. A check had been done at the residence of Donald R. Gregor, 27335 State Route 7, Lot 13, Marietta. A baggie of suspected methamphetamine was found hidden in a dresser in Gregor’s room. Gregor told the probation officers that it was methamphetamine and it was his and he was planning on using it later that day. Gregor was detained in the probation office at that time and Lt. Hunter then took custody of Gregor and the suspected drugs. Lt. Hunter placed Donald Richard Gregor Jr., age 44, 27335 State Route 7, Lot 13, Reno, under arrest for aggravated possession of drugs, a 5th-degree felony, and transported him to the Washington County Jail for processing.
On 16 Aug 17 Rachel Miller came to the Sheriff’s Office to report she and her husband, Kenneth Miller, were being threatened by their son, Charles Miller. Rachel reported their son was upset with them, blaming them for his arrest on 08-15-2017. Rachel stated that Charles said he would burn down their house with her and Kenneth inside it, and also threatened to blow up their vehicles. Rachel was in fear for her safety due to the threats Charles made and believed Charles would cause her and Kenneth harm. Charles was unable to be located and his current whereabouts are unknown. A request for a warrant on a charge of domestic violence was forwarded to Marietta Municipal Court for consideration. A temporary protection order was also requested. (612)
On 16 Aug 17 Deputy McKee responded to Belpre Township to a possible domestic incident. Upon speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

Charles R. Miller, 910 Caywood Road, Marietta, for domestic violence.
Glenn R. Johnson, 116 Harmar Street, Marietta, for failure to appear on a criminal damaging charge and failure to appear on a theft charge.

Martin Dean Welch Jr., age 45, 563 Sixth Street, Parkersburg, WV, 5th-degree felony theft, 90 days county jail.

Charlise Ann Robinson, age 35, 5 Westview Circle, Parkersburg, WV, for attempted tampering with evidence, a felony. Robinson was arrested in Belpre by Captain Rhodes of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Aug 17 at 5:48 pm.
Taylor Rose Temple, age 23, 551 College Parkway, Vienna, WV, for receiving stolen property, a felony. Temple was arrested by Captain Rhodes of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Aug 17 at 7:03 pm.
Michael Vernon Boyce, age 51, 1360 Silver Globe Road, Marietta, for receiving stolen property, a felony. Boyce was arrested by Patrolman Kramer of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Aug 17 at 11:02 pm.
