On 5 Aug 17, a warrant was received at the Washington County Jail from the Circuit Court in Harrison County, WV, for the arrest of Carl Allen Claypool, age 33, Anmoore, WV. The warrant information was compared with the information received from Claypool’s booking process and found to be the same individual. The warrant was served on Claypool as well as a charge of fugitive from justice filed by Deputy Farrell.
On 6 Aug 17, the car wash at 838 Pike Street received damage. This case remains under investigation. (131)
On 7 Aug 17 Deputy Schwendeman responded to Grandview Township in reference to a possible domestic violence incident. Upon speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded. Case closed.
On 7 Aug 17 Deputy Schwendeman was dispatched to Reno in reference to a runaway. Deputy Schwendeman was advised that the child asked to go lay down in a vehicle while out to eat, which they allowed. The parents found when they returned to the vehicle the 17-year-old was not in the vehicle. The parents thought the child may be at a friend’s and upon going to that apartment Deputy Schwendeman did locate the 17-year-old who was released to her parents. A charge of unruly juvenile is being filed in Washington County Juvenile Court.

Michael John Mueller, age 48, 1610 Pearcy Avenue, Parkersburg, WV, for possession of drug abuse instruments, a misdemeanor. Mueller was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Nicholas of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Aug 17 at 5:52 pm.
Christopher Michael Wolfe, age 40, 1323 40th Street, Parkersburg, WV, for 5 cts. theft, 2 cts. burglary, aggravated burglary, 2 cts possession of criminal tools, breaking and entering, all felonies. Wolfe was picked up at Tiger Valley Regional Jail by Deputy Malone of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Aug 17 at 6:34 pm.
Michael Thomas Caldwell, age 39, 103 Veron Street, Russell, KY, for drug possession, a felony, drug paraphernalia, drug possession, no operator’s license and marked lanes, all misdemeanors. Caldwell was arrested on I77 by Lt. Norman of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jul 17 at 7:12 pm.
Joseph Michael Porter, age 21, 27250 SR 7, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Porter was arrested by Deputy Hall of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Aug 17 at 9:17 pm.
Michael Scott Moore, age 36, 116 Lisa Lane, Marshall, TX, on warrants for driving under suspension and speed, both misdemeanors. Moore was arrested by Trooper Quattlebaum of the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Aug 17 at 10:04 pm.
Delecia Dawn Davis, age 43, 202 Duncan Street, New Matamoras, for burglary, a felony, and criminal damaging a misdemeanor. Davis was arrested by Patrolman Smith of the New Matamoras Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Aug 17 at 10:43 pm.
Paul Joseph Brown, age 45, 312 5th Street, Beverly, on a warrant for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Brown was arrested by Patrolman Bonnette of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Aug 17 at 12:16 am.
Ronald Howard Husk, age 19, 3655 SR 676, Stockport, OH, for drug possession, a felony. Husk was arrested on SR 7 by Trooper Knowlton of the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Aug 17 at 5:51 am.
Pamela Ruth Fellure, age 37, homeless, on warrants for breach of recognizance, theft, and contempt of court order, all misdemeanors. Fellure was picked up in Gallipolis by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Aug 17 at 11:34 am.
There are currently 19 females and 94 males incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
