On 6 Aug 17 at approximately 4:30 to 5 am. 2 black males entered the Par Mar at 3355 State Route 821, Marietta, OH. One male talked with the cashier, keeping her busy while the other male was removing cartons of cigarettes. The male subject asked the cashier what other gas stations were open 24 hrs. from Marietta to Charleston, WV, and what fast food restaurants were open as well.
In total, the males took over $1400 of Marlboro and Newport brand cigarettes, as well as personal items from the cashier’s purse.
The subject left the Par Mar driving a tan SUV, possibly a Chevrolet Suburban.
