Stephen James Mann, age 20, 198 Park Boulevard, Clarksburg, WV, for theft/complicity, a misdemeanor. Mann was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Dennison of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Jul 17 at 6:10 pm.

Rodney Allen Rebrook, age 67, 198 Park Boulevard, Clarksburg, WV, for theft/complicity, a misdemeanor. Rebrook was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Dennison of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Jul 17 at 6:43 pm.
