On 15 Jul 17 Deputies were dispatched Warren Township in reference to a domestic violence report.  The caller reported a juvenile had started a fight and was currently wrestling with the victim in the front yard.   The juvenile had assaulted another family member prior to this incident.  The child began throwing things around the home and was very defiant towards the adults at the scene.   The child ended up sucker punching the father in which the father then held the child to the ground to keep him from assaulting anyone else. The juvenile is being summoned into Washington County Juvenile Court for domestic violence.  (126)

On 16 Jul 17 Deputies responded to Highland Ridge Road, Lowell, in reference to a possible underage drinking party.   Deputy Hall met with Mckienze Clark who was having a party for her 19^th birthday.  Deputy Hall further spoke with Cody Aaron Farnsworth, age 20, 1089 Kinderhook Road, Newport, OH; Jonathan Dale Francis, age 20, 110 Dean Street, Marietta, OH; McKienze Brooke Clark, age 19,  Highland Ridge Road, Lowell; Travis Eugene Williams, age 20,  1750 Laurel Ridge Road, Lowell, OH; and Ty Lucas Cobb, age 20, 3635 Archers Fork Road, New Matamoras, OH.  All subjects admitted to drinking alcohol at the party.  These subjects were placed under arrest for underage consumption and transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

On 16 Jul 17 Shelbi Welsh, 35 Coffman Road, Marietta, reported a bicycle valued over at $300 was removed from her property.  This case remains under investigation. (1504)

On 16 Jul 17 Deputies responded to Barlow Township to a report of domestic violence.  The juvenile was upset about being reprimanded and initiated physical contact.  The juvenile is being summoned into Washington County Juvenile Court for domestic violence.  (1504)

Robert Earl O’Brien Jr., age 34, 343 Main Street, Lower Salem, 2 cts. theft, 5^th degree felonies; 120 county jail.

Thomas Alden Statkiewicz, age 34, Marietta, carrying a concealed weapon, 1^st degree misdemeanor; 90 days county jail.

Kelly Nadine Lambert, age 24, 1071 Terrance Court, Zanesville, OH, probation violation; 60 days county jail.

Homer Melvin Fry, age 52, 208 Upper Fifteen Mile Creek Road, Wingett Run, weapons under disability, 3^rd degree felony; 60 days county jail.

 The following suspects were processed into the Washington County Jail between Monday 17 Jul 17 and Tuesday 18 Jul 17:

Seth Adam Bond, age 34, 130 Brandy Drive, Marietta, for probation violation, a misdemeanor.  Bond was arrested by Patrolman Dennison of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Jul 17 at 11:25 am.

William David Pham, age 25, 111 W. Montgomery Street, Lot 4, Marietta, for driving under 12 pt. suspension and no seat belt, misdemeanors.   Pham was arrested by Patrolman Dennison of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Jul 17 at 5:45 pm.

Quinton Isaac Hart, age 20, 3275 Lotz Drive, Grove City, OH, on a warrant for drug possession, a felony.  Hart turned himself in to Deputy Farrell at the Washington County Jail and was processed on 17 Jul 17 at 3:10 pm.

Sterling Houston Roberts, age 34, 2006 Washington Creek Lane, Centerville, OH, on a warrant for nonsupport of dependents.  Roberts was picked up at the Warren County Jail by Deputy Huffer of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Jul 17 at 3:25 pm.

Nicole Renee McCutcheon, age 39, 150 Barrett South Road, Vincent, for drug instrument possession and drug possession, both misdemeanors.  McCutcheon was arrested in Barlow by Deputy A. McConnell of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Jul 17 at 7:10 pm.

Mark Robert Ullom, age 40, 7540 Hickory Road, Oakwood Village, OH, on warrants for receiving stolen property, 4 cts., and theft, all felonies.  Ullom was picked up at the Pomeroy Police Department by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Jul 17 at 7:13 pm.

Ronald Gene West, Jr., age 42, 19526 State Route 550, Marietta, for assault, a misdemeanor.  West was arrested at the Marietta City Police Department by Patrolman Huck and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Jul 17 at 11:46 pm.

Joshua Wade Fortney, age 32, 1902 Way Road, Belpre, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.  Fortney was arrested at his residence by Deputy Johnson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Jul 17 at 12:18 am.

There are currently 22 females and 96 males incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
