On 7 Jun 17 Deputy Hall was dispatched to Muskingum Township in regards to a welfare check.

On 8 Jun 17 Deputy Carr was dispatched to Newport Township in regards to a possible theft complaint. Deputy Carr spoke with the victim and learned that the subject was missing a personal check from his checkbook. After discussing the series of events that day, the victim was able to locate the check. No theft was involved and this case is closed.

On 9 Jun 17 Deputy Black was dispatched to Salem Township in reference to a possible domestic dispute. After talking to all parties involved it was determined to be unfounded. Case closed.

Timothy David Dunn, age 49, 605 Fourth Street, New Matamoras, for aggravated drugs possession, drugs possession and tampering with evidence, all felonies. Dunn was arrested at the Courthouse by Deputy Huffer of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jun 17 at 10:42 am.

Jeremy John McFall, age 38, 712 Front Street, New Matamoras, for two counts of complicity, both misdemeanors. McFall was arrested by Patrolman Dennison of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jun 17 at 2:10 pm.

Andrew Franklin Morgan, age 31, 1153 Clement Avenue, Belpre, for two counts of drugs possession, both felonies. Morgan was arrested by Deputy Stackpole of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jun 17 at 2:25 pm.

Jonathon Therman Hitchcock, age 37, 972 Anthony Drive, Columbus, for four counts of theft, all misdemeanors. Hitchcock was arrested on Pike Street by Patrolman Dennison of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jun 17 at 2:45 pm.

Daniel E. O’Neil, age 46, 128 Chautauqua Avenue, Lakewood, NY, for speeding and driving under suspension, both misdemeanors. O’Neill was arrested by Trooper Gossett of the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jun 17 at 4:29 pm.

Anthony Robert Larrison, age 35, 2109 Benedict Road, Fleming, for theft, drug instruments possession and drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. Larrison was arrested by Deputy McKee of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jun 17 at 6:36 pm.

Dalton Matthew Ball, age 19, 571 Swift Road, Waterford, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Ball was arrested by Sgt. McLeish of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jun 17 at 8:28 pm.

Jerry Eugene Ball, age 61, 1420 Milner Road, Waterford, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Ball was arrested by Sgt. McLeish of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jun 17 at 12:06 am.

Paige Mackenzie Plotts, age 25, 119 Mill Street, Parsons, WV, for improper handling of a firearm, obstructing justice and illegal conveyance of weapons/item in a detention facility, all felonies. Plotts was arrested by Trooper Handschumacher of the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Jun 17 at 1:25 am.

Van Gregory Barrows, age 25, Rt. 2, Box 26, Beverly, for drugs possession, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, weapons under disability, drug trafficking, all felonies, and drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Barrows was arrested by Trooper Forshey of the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Jun 17 at 5:27 am.

Donald Ray Watson, age 35, PO Box 383, Junior, WV, for drug trafficking, and tampering with evidence, both felonies and drug paraphernalia a misdemeanor. Watson was arrested by Sgt. McLeish of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Jun 17 at 5:31 am.
