2 Jun 2025 Deputy Thornberry was dispatched to Fearing Township, to a report of a burglary. Contact was made with the complainant who has been at the residence daily. She stated on June 1 she left the residence in the late evening and returned around 0930 a.m. June 2 and the house appeared to have been ransacked. After viewing video footage, two male subjects were observed walking through the bushes, then walked to the front door, apparently noticing the cameras, and unplugging the camera. Other video shows the subjects climbing through a window and then unlock the front door for the other suspect to gain entry. Both subjects continued through the home at that time. Upon leaving the residence a metal detector, long rifle, metal briefcase, duffle bag, and plastic tote were removed from the residence. Doors and drawers were rummaged through in every room, with items thrown over the residence. The investigation led to the identity of Kelly Goins, Myranda Wilson and Tony Fischer. Contact was made with Fischer in Morgan County, Ohio. Fischer stated that he did enter the residence and removed items, such as metal case, firearm, small tools, and a disc grinder, to name a few. Wilson also spoke with officers and advised that she assisted Fischer and Goins in the burglary. Charges were filed on Myranda Renee Wilson, 311 Third Street, Beverly, OH, for complicity to burglary, Kelly Scott Goins, age 45, 1917 Rabbit Goins Lane, Malta, OH, for burglary, having weapons while under disability and theft of a firearm, and Tony Ray Fischer, age 63, Rabbit Goins Lane, Malta, OH, for receiving stolen property, tampering with evidence, having weapons while under disability, burglary and theft of a firearm.
